Shop & Sip Vendor Agreement & Event Policies
Please review the following policies carefully and acknowledge your agreement prior to participating in the event.
Event Location
Vendor booths will be located on the gravel lot behind the Farm Store. This area serves as the primary vendor marketplace and will also feature food trucks and live music throughout the day.
Booth assignments are determined by Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery and may not be changed without prior approval. Please remain within your assigned space at all times.
Arrival, Setup & Departure
Vendors may begin arriving and setting up at the designated vendor arrival time.
All vendors must arrive no later than 8:00 AM and have their booths fully set up and ready to serve guests before the event opens at 9:00 AM.
Vendors are required to remain open and staffed for the entire duration of the event until 6:00 PM.
Early breakdown or departure without prior approval from event staff is not permitted and may affect eligibility for future Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery events.
Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas immediately after unloading unless otherwise instructed.
Booth Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any other equipment required for their booth.
Booths should be clean, professional, and maintained throughout the event.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area tidy and removing all trash and materials at the conclusion of the event.
Tent Safety
Tents are encouraged for shade and weather protection.
For the safety of all guests and vendors:
Tent weights are mandatory on every leg of the tent.
Tent stakes are not permitted and may not be used as a substitute for weights.
Vendors whose tents are not properly secured may be asked to remove them from the event.
Electricity & Power
Vendor spaces do not include access to electricity.
For the safety and comfort of all guests and vendors:
Electric cords running across walkways or common areas are not permitted.
Generators are not permitted due to noise and guest experience considerations.
Vendors should plan to operate without electrical power or use fully self-contained, battery-operated equipment.
Weather Policy
Our Shop & Sip events are held rain or shine, and vendors are expected to come prepared for outdoor conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or cold. Indoor vendor space is not available.
Weather conditions typical of outdoor events, including light or moderate rain, do not qualify for credits, transfers, or cancellations.
In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk—including lightning, high winds, flooding, or other hazardous conditions—Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery reserves the sole right to delay, modify, suspend, or cancel the event. If the event is canceled by Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, vendors will be offered a credit toward a future Shop & Sip event. Refunds will not be issued.
Sales & Conduct
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, permits, licenses, and tax requirements related to their products.
Vendors may only sell products that have been approved as part of their application.
Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery reserves the right to require the removal of any products deemed inappropriate or not previously approved.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and provide a welcoming experience for guests.
Promotion
We ask that every participating vendor actively help promote the event.
Please share your participation on your social media channels multiple times during the two weeks leading up to the event, and tag Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery. The more we all promote together, the greater the attendance and the better the event is for everyone.
Application & Payment
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Once we have reviewed your application, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your selected event date(s), subject to availability. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be sent for the vendor fee. Your space is not reserved until payment has been received in full.
Liability
Each vendor is responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal property. Goold Hill Vineyard and Cidery is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer your space to another vendor. Failure to attend without notice or repeated late cancellations may affect participation in future events.
