FROM FARM HERITAGE TO VINEYARD & CIDERY
Goold Hill is entering a new chapter while honoring the agricultural heritage that has shaped this property for generations.
Alongside the revitalization of our historic orchard, new vineyard plantings are bringing winemaking back to the Estate, while our cidery celebrates the natural character of the apples grown on the surrounding land.

Our Cider Story is Just Beginning
Our own Goold Hill cider is currently in the making. We’re waiting for this season’s apples to reach harvest, when we’ll carefully select the fruit from our orchard and begin crafting our own cider.
While we wait for our first estate-made cider to be ready, we’re excited to offer guests a thoughtfully curated selection of locally crafted ciders from producers we know and love.
It’s our way of celebrating the cider-making tradition of the region while our own orchard-to-glass story begins.
OUR ESTATE HARD CIDER IS COMING SOON
In the meantime, discover our carefully selected local cider selection during your visit.

Growing Our Next Chapter
Our vineyard is taking root as an important part of Goold Hill Estate’s future. As the vines mature, we’re working toward producing our own wines using grapes grown in New York State.
Our winemaking journey is currently in progress, with our first estate wines planned for 2027.
From vine to bottle, we look forward to creating wines that reflect the character of New York grapes and the spirit of Goold Hill Estate.
